Kelly Salvatore is an expert in the operational and financial intricacies of dental organizations, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience to TransitionOne. With a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Dayton, her career began at a full-service dental laboratory where she learned the importance of materials, cost, and turnaround time. She then became a territory manager for a dental supply company, where she assisted with budgeting and new office builds, before serving as the CEO for K-Procure, an Operations & Vendor Management company.

Kelly brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to her work, with a proven ability to assess where breakdowns are occurring and develop customized action plans. She excels at bridging communication gaps between providers, staff, and leadership teams, and her deep understanding of revenue cycle management helps her implement targeted cleanup strategies that unlock hidden revenue and improve post-acquisition performance. She is most passionate about helping dentists and DSOs navigate the business side of dentistry and building strong, trust-based relationships.

Looking ahead, Kelly aims to help both buyers and sellers navigate dental transactions with more clarity, confidence, and financial accuracy. She is working toward streamlining the deal process, removing friction, and helping both sides walk away knowing they made the right decision. Her approach is grounded in trust, accountability, and respect for relationships.
