Todd joins TransitionOne as a veteran practice transition broker. His background features a career of service as a United States Marine Corps Officer, a Veteran Owned Small Business owner, and as an attorney. Knowledgeable about contracts, advertising, marketing, and buying and selling a business, Todd brings a wealth of experience and useful skills to the Dental Practice Transition process. Todd is honored to help Buyers and Sellers achieve their extremely important goals as they transition and/or purchase practices.
Todd was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. He is married (Amy) and has three grown sons. Two of Todd’s sons were born in Okinawa, Japan and the youngest was born in Hawaii. When not working, Todd enjoys traveling, watching football, and playing with his dogs. When it comes to traveling, Todd prefers the Caribbean Islands, Hawaii, and the Maldives. Todd’s favorite book is “Shoe Dog” by Phil Knight. Since Todd’ favorite Sports team is the Detroit Lions.
Todd graduated from Miami University (Oxford, OH) and the University of Toledo, College of Law (J.D. Magna Cum Laude) Todd is admitted to the Ohio Bar, federal courts for the Northern and Southern Districts and has experience before the Ohio State Dental Board.
