Ingrid Beavers brings over 40 years of diverse experience to the TransitionOne team. Her career began in the restaurant industry where she gained valuable expertise in team training and profit and loss management. These skills seamlessly transferred to the dental field when she started her dental career in 1985, beginning with answering phones and helping patients feel comfortable. Her journey continued with managing a group practice, working as a sales rep for Henry Schein, and owning her own consulting company before joining TransitionOne in 2020 as a dental consultant.

What sets Ingrid apart is her ability to connect with anyone in the dental field, a skill she’s honed through decades of varied experience. She brings an approachable and helpful demeanor to her work, driven by her passion for the success and happiness of everyone in the dental business. Her personal motto, “I cannot put my fingers in anyone’s mouth so I will let you do that and anything outside of the patient’s mouth you can entrust me and your team to take care of you so you can continue doing great dentistry,” perfectly captures her servant-leader approach.

Ingrid’s motivation extends beyond the professional realm, rooted in her faith and the happiness of her family. She enjoys hobbies like book club, golf, pickleball, and swimming, which all reinforce the importance of teamwork and perseverance. She is excited about TransitionOne’s future and is dedicated to assisting brokers, buyers, and sellers in achieving successful transitions. Ingrid’s goal is to continue serving the dental field, a career she considers an honor for the past four decades.
